Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
The short version
- If you buy, we get your name, email and country from Lemon Squeezy. Never your card number.
- We use it to deliver your access and send you updates about Nicky. That's it.
- No ads, no tracking pixels, no selling your data. Ever.
- Email us and we'll show you or delete what we have.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Nicky, operated by Rasul Ismoilov in Uzbekistan ("we", "us"), handles personal data on starvenicky.com and for founding member purchases. For privacy questions, email hello@starvenicky.com.
This policy covers the website and pre-launch purchases. Before the iOS app launches, we will update it to explain exactly what the app collects and email founding members about the change.
2. What we collect
| When | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You buy founding member access | Name, email, country, order number, amount paid. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment and billing details; we never see your full card number. | To deliver your access, send receipts and beta invites, handle refunds, and meet tax and accounting rules. |
| You email us | Your email address and whatever you write. | To answer you. |
| You visit the website | Standard technical data our hosting provider logs automatically, like IP address, browser type and pages requested. | To keep the site running and secure. |
We don't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
3. Our legal reasons for using your data
- Contract: to deliver what you bought, including beta invites, app access and refunds.
- Legal obligation: to keep order records for tax and accounting.
- Legitimate interest: to keep the website secure, and to email founding members product updates about Nicky. Every update email has an unsubscribe link.
4. Who we share it with
We only share data with the services we need to run Nicky:
- Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which processes payments and taxes. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy. Its checkout script loads on our pages so the checkout can open in a window over the site.
- Google Fonts, which serves the website's typeface. Your browser sends your IP address to Google when loading it. See Google's privacy policy.
- Our hosting and email providers, which store the website and our inbox.
- Apple, once the app launches, for TestFlight invites and App Store delivery.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We're based in Uzbekistan, and our providers may process data in the United States, the EU and other countries. Where required, they use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years.
- Your email for updates: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Support emails: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in the EU and UK, or CCPA in California), you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it (we'll keep only what tax law requires),
- send you a copy in a portable format, or
- stop using it for update emails.
Email hello@starvenicky.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Age
Nicky is only for adults aged 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you think someone under 21 has bought access, contact us and we'll delete their data and refund the purchase.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and we limit who can access customer data. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data, we'll tell you without delay.
10. Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll email founding members.
